    What You Receive

Walk Away With More Than an Opinion

    Cleaning Coverage Findings

    Photo Documentation

Organized evidence of the selected surfaces inspected during the review, subject to agreed facility privacy rules.

Clear immediate, next-cycle, and process-level recommendations based on the findings.

    Findings Review

A brief conversation with an Anvil professional to explain the results and answer questions.

The findings are yours whether or not you hire Anvil.

    Choose Your Focus

Choose one priority area for your review

We focus on one area to keep the review efficient and produce a meaningful, documented sample. Your selection carries into the qualification form automatically.

    The Method

    How fluorescent-marker verification works

We coordinate marker placement and post-clean inspection around your normal cleaning cycle.

    01

    Mark

Anvil coordinates placement of specialized fluorescent markers on selected high-touch surfaces before the normal cleaning cycle.

    02

    Clean

The facility's normal cleaning process occurs without special preparation for the selected surfaces.

    03

    Inspect

After cleaning, Anvil uses UV-A inspection lighting to determine whether each designated fluorescent marker was removed, partially removed, or remained.

    04

    Document

The result is recorded and incorporated into the facility's findings and corrective-action recommendations.

    Why It Matters

Turn Cleaning Performance Into Something You Can Discuss With Evidence

    The Problem

    • Recurring complaints with no documented evidence
    • Inconsistent cleaning from visit to visit
    • Missed high-touch surfaces nobody catches
    • Disputes based only on opinion, not data
    • Difficulty evaluating an existing vendor

    The Anvil Alternative

    • Documented baseline of cleaning coverage
    • Repeatable, verifiable process
    • Visible findings with photo evidence
    • Corrective-action tracking
    • Clearer scope conversations
    Built For

Commercial facilities where inconsistency has a real cost

We do not provide residential cleaning. Post-construction projects use a separate site-walk and bid path.

What Fluorescent-Marker Verification Can and Cannot Tell You

    It Can Help Verify

    • Whether a designated marker was removed
    • Whether a selected surface appears to have been mechanically addressed
    • Cleaning-coverage consistency across selected surfaces
    • Potential scope, training, or process gaps

    It Does Not Establish

    • Microorganism levels
    • Bacterial or viral kill
    • Pathogen elimination
    • Sterilization or disinfection efficacy
    • Infection prevention or health outcomes

We document exactly what was tested, what was observed, and what the result means.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions

Q.Is this a pathogen or germ test?
No. Fluorescent-marker inspection verifies physical/mechanical cleaning coverage of selected surfaces. It does not directly prove pathogen removal, bacterial kill, viral kill, sterilization, disinfection efficacy, infection prevention, or infection outcomes.
Q.Do I have to change cleaning vendors?
No. You receive the findings whether or not you hire Anvil. The review is designed to give you a factual baseline of your current cleaning process.
    Q.Why only one priority area?
A focused review of one selected area keeps the visit to approximately 30 minutes, minimizes disruption, and produces a meaningful, documented sample of cleaning coverage quality. A full-building audit is available as a separate engagement.
Q.How long does the review take?
Most reviews take approximately 30 minutes on site. We work around your schedule — before hours, during, or after.
    Q.Will you photograph confidential information?
No. We agree on photo permissions before the walkthrough and avoid people, records, screens, patient information, security controls, and other restricted areas.
    Q.What happens after the review?
You receive a documented findings report. You can implement the recommendations internally, share them with your current provider, or ask Anvil to build a service scope.
    Q.Can Anvil evaluate multiple locations?
Multi-site portfolio evaluations are available as a separate engagement. The complimentary review covers one priority area at one facility. Contact us to discuss portfolio-level assessments.
