Documented Cleaning for Medical Clinics.
Outpatient clinics, private practices, and specialty clinics need environmental surface cleaning that is consistent, documented, and built for clinical risk awareness.
Patient Trust Starts with the Environment.
Patients form impressions about the quality of their care based on the cleanliness of the exam room, waiting area, and restroom. Standard cleaning services are not built for clinical risk awareness.
Exam Room Surfaces
High-touch clinical surfaces need documented cleaning, not just visual wipe-downs.
Cross-Zone Transfer
Without color-coded tool discipline, soil can transfer between restrooms and clinical areas.
Waiting Area Perception
Patients notice smudged chairs, soiled door handles, and unkempt restrooms.
No Verification
Standard services provide no documented proof that high-touch surfaces were addressed.
High-Touch Areas We Address
These are the surfaces most likely to be missed by appearance-based cleaning — and the ones we document.
Environmental Surface Cleaning for Medical Clinics
We clean the facility environment — exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and shared surfaces. We do not perform instrument sterilization, reprocessing, or any clinical procedure.
Documented Cleaning Accountability for Your Clinic
Every service produces a digital findings report — inspection observations, corrective actions, and process documentation you can share with partners or compliance teams.

Do you provide medical-grade sterilization or instrument reprocessing?
No. Anvil Clinical Hygiene provides environmental surface cleaning for clinic spaces. We do not perform instrument sterilization, reprocessing, or any clinical procedure.
Can fluorescent-marker inspection prove my surfaces are safe or pathogen-free?
No. Fluorescent-marker inspection verifies physical/mechanical cleaning coverage of selected surfaces. It may demonstrate whether a marker was successfully removed after cleaning. It does not directly prove pathogen removal, pathogen counts, bacterial kill, viral kill, sterilization, disinfection efficacy, infection prevention, or infection outcomes.
Do you use EPA-registered disinfectants in clinical environments?
Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied according to label directions, including required surface contact times.
