Wiped Down is
Not Verified.
A six-step documented cleaning process built to deliver cleaner spaces, visible verification, and dependable follow-through. Most cleaning vendors tell you they cleaned. We inspect, verify, document, and correct the result.

The 6-Step Operating System
How we assess, clean, inspect, verify, report, and follow through — providing documented proof for your facility.

Assess
Understand the property, priorities, traffic patterns, and service expectations.
We conduct a detailed walkthrough to map out high-traffic zones, identify specific material needs, and establish clear service baselines.

Clean
Deliver detail-driven cleaning with care, consistency, and professionalism.
Our trained Facility Hygiene Technicians execute the plan using commercial-grade equipment, color-coded microfiber, and methodical processes to ensure no surface is overlooked.

Inspect
Review high-touch and commonly missed areas with a trained eye.
A dedicated quality check focuses on handles, switches, edges, and hidden corners where standard cleaning often falls short.

Verify
Use fluorescent-marker coverage audits where practical to support visible standards and accountability.
We deploy fluorescent-marker inspection to verify whether designated surfaces were mechanically cleaned. It does not directly prove pathogen removal, bacterial kill, viral kill, sterilization, disinfection efficacy, infection prevention, or infection outcomes.

Report
Document findings, next steps, and service observations clearly.
You receive a transparent, visual scorecard detailing what was found, what was corrected, and overall facility hygiene status — delivered via the Anvil Client Portal.

Follow Through
Support ongoing property standards with responsive communication and dependable service.
We adjust future cleaning protocols based on verification data to continuously elevate your facility's standard.
Color-Coded Cleaning System
Strict separation of cleaning tools by zone helps reduce cross-zone transfer. Color-coded microfiber cloths and mop heads are assigned to specific areas so tools used in restrooms never touch desks, breakrooms, or lobby surfaces.
Red Zone
High-Risk Restroom Areas
Toilets, urinals, and restroom floors.
Yellow Zone
Lower-Risk Restroom Areas
Sinks, mirrors, and restroom counters.
Green Zone
Food Preparation Areas
Kitchens, breakrooms, and dining areas.
Blue Zone
General Low-Risk Areas
Desks, offices, lobbies, and glass.
The Tools Behind the Standard
We equip our Facility Hygiene Technicians with tools designed for healthcare-informed environmental-cleaning practices.
Fluorescent-Marker Inspection
Making the invisible visible to highlight UV-visible residues and commonly missed surface areas.
Color-Coded Microfiber
Engineered for superior adsorption. Strict separation of zones to help reduce cross-zone transfer.
EPA-Registered Disinfectants
EPA-registered chemistry with precise wetting action and dwell times to clean and, where appropriate, disinfect eligible surfaces according to label directions.
