    Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Terminal cleaning your surveyors and surgeons can count on.

Environmental services for surgery centers, led by a former hospital EVS manager who served on an Infection Control Committee. Documented protocols, verified coverage, and a report after every clean.

In a surgery center, “looks clean” isn’t a standard.

Your infection prevention program depends on the environment being cleaned the same way every night, and on being able to show it. Most janitorial vendors can’t do either.

    Inconsistent terminal cleaning

Night crews rotate, steps get skipped, and nobody checks the high-touch surfaces in the OR before the first case.

    Contact time gets rushed

A disinfectant only works if the surface stays wet for the full label contact time. Rushed wiping doesn’t meet it.

    Cross-zone transfer

Without color-coded tools, the same cloth can move from a restroom to pre-op to the OR corridor.

    No documentation

When a surveyor or your infection preventionist asks how you know the environment was cleaned, a sign-off sheet isn’t evidence.

Environmental services built for surgical settings

We clean the facility environment to your infection prevention policies, using EPA-registered disinfectants applied according to label directions.

End-of-day terminal cleaning of operating and procedure rooms: floors, walls to reach, lights, booms, tables, carts, and fixed equipment surfaces as designated by your staff
Pre-op, PACU, and recovery bay cleaning, including bed rails, stretchers, call buttons, and the exterior surfaces of monitors as designated
Clean and soiled utility rooms, corridors, and staff areas
Waiting room, reception, and restroom cleaning with dedicated color-coded tools
Fluorescent-marker coverage audits of designated high-touch surfaces
A documented report with findings and corrective actions after every clean

    The Anvil Standard™

    How the Anvil Standard™ Applies

    01

    Assess

We walk the center with your administrator or infection preventionist, map every zone from the OR to the waiting room, and agree on the scope, products, and schedule in writing.

    02

    Clean

Color-coded tools by zone, EPA-registered disinfectants applied at full label contact time, and a clean-to-dirty, high-to-low sequence.

    03

    Inspect

High-touch surfaces are checked against the agreed scope before we leave.

    04

    Verify

Fluorescent-marker coverage audits confirm designated surfaces were mechanically cleaned.

    05

    Report

You receive a Visit Scorecard with findings and corrective actions, and a record in the Client Portal.

    06

    Follow Through

Missed surfaces get documented corrective actions, and the scope is updated when your procedures or policies change.

Records you can hand to a surveyor

Every clean produces a dated record of what was cleaned, what was verified, and what was corrected. Keep it with your environment-of-care documentation, or share it with your accreditation team.
